For the second year we have supported the Kids Action Through Science programme coordinated by Newcastle University.
This introduces primary school children to the world of science education with a particular focus on the science of the changing climate.
Martin was very honoured to hand our the certificates of achievement at the prize giving event at Newcastle University in July 2024, with awards being won by 4 students from St Thomas’ Primary School.

Going forward Newcastle have now established an annual prize for the outstanding graduating female student in chemical engineering with the first award to be made this year. This cements our long term and very successful relationship with Newcastle University.
